Deadline

The deadline to book a hotel room is October 11, 2013. New reservations and changes (based on availability) as well as cancellations will be accepted by onPeak until October 11, 2013. You must provide a credit card number to guarantee your hotel reservation. If sharing a room, the person submitting the housing form will be the main point of contact. Please do not send more than one copy of the housing form.

Cancellation Policy

First night room and tax will be charged to the credit card provided by the hotel if you cancel your reservation within 72 hours of your arrival. Failure to check into your hotel on your scheduled date of arrival will also result in a first night room and tax charge to your credit card by the hotel, as well as the automatic cancellation of your reservation.
